Its not very often we get a " knows show " but it happened yesterday for a 2 night booking - due to arrive 1730 - 1830 and we were going out for dinner at 2015. We called mobile number we had been given no answer so left a message - did this twice still no call sent a text no response until this morning ruined our evening and lost money
We are thinking of only guaranteeing rooms for 30 mins after advised arrival time - if no call about being latter etc then will relet - once we decide what we are going to do, to prevent us wasting time and loosing money the conditions will be on our web site/printed literature
